The Second Manga Workshop by Mr. Seiji Iwami
The second workshop by Mr. Seiji Iwami, a veteran manga artist was held at Universiti Sains
Malaysia’s Engineering Campus and Universti Teknologi MARA, Penang Campus on the 2nd and 3rd
March 2011 respectively.
The students were captivated by his lively presentation including his caricaturing skills.
They enjoyed learning about this unique Japanese form of art which has gained world
recognition, as well as gaining some tips on art and manga drawing. A few lucky students
received their self portraits drawn by Mr. Iwami personally.
