School Caravan: Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Derma, Perlis |
On 31st January, Consulate-General of Japan organized School Caravan for the students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Derma, Perlis.
The activities included “Introduction to Japan” presentation, experiencing Setsubun (Bean Throwing Festival) by performing Mamemaki (Bean throwing) ritual, Japan Quiz, Doraemon theme song singing session, Origami workshop and Ayatori( string figure) workshop.

Consulate-General of Japan conducts a school caravan from time to time upon request of schools, introducing and promoting mutual understanding in terms of Japanese language, custom, and culture.
