School Caravan: Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Syed Putra, Perlis
(Penang, Sep 24) 22 students from Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Syed Putra, Perlis visited the Consulate-Genreral of Japan for School Caravan Programme. They were accompanied by 3 Japanese language teachers.

A presentation of “Introdution to Japan & New Trend" and “Seasonal Festivals in Japan” was held during the event.
After the presentation, a very popular song in video game anime, “Yokai Watch” was played and the students enjoyed dancing together with the music.
The programme was then followed by “How to make balloon sculptures and origami session” which was presented by a group of Japanese volunteers.
There was also a singing session after the workshop.

The Consulate-General of Japan conducts school caravan from time to time upon the request of schools, introducing and promoting mutual understanding in terms of Japanese language, custom and culture, as well as tradition to the Malaysian students.
