Meeting with YB Wong Hon Wai

On 31^st July, Consul-General Kawaguchi met with YB Wong Hon Wai, State Chairman of Tourism and Creative Economy Committee. Both of them took a leading role as co-chairman of the Penang Bon Odori 2024 which was successfully held on 27^th July at the Esplanade  (https://www.penang.my.emb-japan.go.jp/itpr_ja/11_000001_00929.html). Both sides also discussed about future Bon Odori event and further cultural cooperation as well as collaboration.
