School Caravan: Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim, Kedah


(Penang, Jan 11) 38 students from Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim, Kedah visited Consulate-General of Japan for School Caravan programme. They were accompanied by their Japanese language teacher Mr. Sugandaran.

The school caravan was composed of Introducing Japan, Japanese Anime workshop, Origami workshop and Japanese soup tasting. Workshop were facilitated by nine Japanese volunteers.

Consulate-General of Japan conducts a school caravan from time to time upon request of schools, introducing and promoting mutual understanding in terms of Japanese language, custom, and cultural traditions among Malaysian students.
