Origami Workshop 2012

(Penang, 20th May ) In conjunction with the 30th anniversary of the Look East Policy, the Consulate-General of Japan and Malaysian Japanese Society jointly organized an origami workshop on 20th May at the Penang Caring Society Complex.

“ Origami has over a thousand year of history and the objective of this event is to promote Japanese culture and the One World Spirit.” Said Mr. Kai, Consul-General of Japan at his opening speech.

15 Japanese Origami tutors conducted the workshop. Sixty participants enjoyed themselves to foster their creativity.
