Mr. Noda attended the certificate presentation ceremony for Zambian(African country) science and mathematics teachers’ training at the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization(SEAMEO)、Regional Centre for Education in Science and Mathematics(RECSAM）on 6th February. The Japanese government supported the training expenses and contributed to Zambia’s human development programs. |
