Consul-General, Mr. Ryuji Noda attended the 20th Prize Presentation Ceremony of Malaysia Toray Science Foundation (MTSF) organized in Kuala Lumpur on 28 November 2013. A total of 32 recipients received the three prestigious awards and grants this year.

Held in conjunction with the 20th Anniversary of MTSF, the Award Ceremony was officiated by Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation YB Datuk Dr.Ewon Ebin, in the presence of the Ambassador of Japan to Malaysia, Mr. Shigeru Nakamura.
