On 3rd November 2013, the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays (瑞宝单光章), is conferred on Encik Yusoff Suzani, former staff of the Consulate-General of Japan in Penang. He is among 49 foreign recipients of the 2013 Autumn Imperial Decorations announced by the Government of Japan on the day.
The Japanese Decoration has been conferred by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan in appreciation of Encik Yusoff Suzani's contribution to the activities of the Japanese Diplomatic Establishment abroad.
