On 4th February, Consul-General Mr. Kanoya met with a group of students of Jishukan（時習館）High School, located in Toyohashi city of Nagoya prefecture. The high school is a partner school of Penang's Jit Sin High School and a group of students annually visit Penang for 1 week programme.
