Visit by Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, to GABAN Spice Manufacturing

On Monday, June 22nd, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, together with Mr. Nagasaka, the Consulate-General’s Official Chef, visited GABAN Spice Manufacturing, received a briefing on the company’s operations, and toured the factory. As there are not necessarily many Japanese companies in the food-related sector operating in Penang, the visit was highly meaningful. It was also a useful opportunity for Mr. Nagasaka to deepen his understanding of the activities of Japanese companies in Penang.
