Tea Ceremony Dinner Hosted at a Local Japanese Restaurant Café

On May 9th, Mr. Shinya MACHIDA, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, hosted an authentic tea ceremony dinner at “Tamafuku Cafe” in Tanjung Tokong, Penang, inviting friends from both Japan and Malaysia. Ms. Yuki KAWASHITA, the owner of “Tamafuku,” is actively promoting the tea ceremony not only in Penang but also in Kedah, and our Consulate intends to continue supporting her efforts.
