Consul-General Attends Meeting Hosted by Local Crime Prevention NGO

On April 23, Mr. Shinya MACHIDA, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, accompanied by Mr. Hideyuki YAZAMA, Deputy Consul-General, and Consul Ms. Shizuka MINAMINO, Consul, participated in a forum hosted by CCPSS (Crime Consciousness and Public Safety Society), a local crime prevention and public safety awareness NGO. He listened to discussions on various measures to prevent different types of crime and engaged in networking with current and former senior police officials, including the Deputy Commissioner General of the Royal Malaysian Police.
