On April 28, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, received a courtesy call from representatives of the Association of Private Universities of Japan, led by Mr. Hidebumi Koide, Executive Trustee and Secretary-General. During the meeting, they exchanged views on the association’s upcoming activities and Japan–Penang relations.
