On April 17, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, met with Mr. Hazman Zainuri, Northern Region Representative of the Alumni Look East Policy Society (ALEPS), and exchanged views on Japanese cultural events that he is considering organizing in Ipoh, Perak.
