Consul-General Visits to Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) in Kedah

On February 26th, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, visited the Kulim High-Tech Park (KHTP) in the State of Kedah meet with Mr. Mohd Zaid Abdul Jalil, Deputy Group CEO of Kulim Technology Park Corporation SDN. BHD. (KTPC). Mr. Zaid provided a detailed explanation about KHT. Mr. Machida shared the issues faced by Japanese companies operating at KHT and requested KTPC’s favorable consideration. The Consulate-General intends to continue such efforts in response to the requests of Japanese companies.
