On February 12, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang, attended the signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Japan Graduates’ Association of Malaysia (JAGAM), Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT), and Toyohashi International Association (TIA), held at the Olive Tree Hotel Penang.
This MoU aims to establish and strengthen the cooperative relationship among the three institutions, and to support educational opportunities, career development, and cultural exchange for students and graduates from Japan and Malaysia.
