On February 11, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang, attended a joint alumni gathering for Toyohashi University of Technology and Shinshu University, held at the Tamarra by Irma Dining.
This gathering is expected to strengthen the bonds between alumni of both universities and further enhance the friendly relations and cooperative ties between Japan and Malaysia.
