Discussion with Kyoei University and JAGAM Northern Branch

On February 6, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, held discussions with Professor Atsuyoshi Hirata, Dean of the Faculty of Education of Kyoei University, Associate Professor Takao Hashimoto, and Mr. Shaun Chiam Khai Seong, Chairman of Japan Graduates’ Association of Malaysia (JAGAM) Northern Branch, regarding the overseas training programs the university is planning to implement.
