Visit by Officials of the Japan Council for Local Authorities for International Relations (J-CLAIR) Singapore Office

On December 17th, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang, received a visit at the Consulate General office from officials of the Japan Council for Local Authorities for International Relations (J-CLAIR) Singapore Office. Local government exchanges represent a meaningful approach to further strengthen ties between Japan and Malaysia/Penang, and we look forward to continuing our exchange of views in the future.
