Visit by Toyohashi University of Technology/Shinshu University Representatives to the Consulate General

On December 2nd, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang, welcomed Professor Lim Pang Boey and her delegation from Toyohashi University of Technology/Shinshu University to the Consul General’s office. They exchanged views on youth and academic exchange programs between Japan and Penang/Malaysia. We received a briefing on new student and academic exchange initiatives between Toyohashi University of Technology/Shinshu University and local educational institutions here, and pledged our cooperation. The Consulate General will continue to support the efforts of both universities.
