On November 17, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang, received a courtesy call from representatives of educational institutions, which are members of StudyPENANG, led by Executive Director, Dr. Mary Ann Harris. They exchanged views on the activities of the organization, which promotes Penang as an education hub.
