On July 26, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul-General of Japan in Penang exchanged views on the relationship and cultural exchange between Japan and Penang with a group of junior and senior high school students from Toyohashi City, participating in the program “TOYOHASHI Global Youth Challenge 2025”.
