On July 16, Mr. Shinya Machida, Consul General of Japan in Penang received a courtesy call from Professor Dr. Emiko Kaneko, Center for Language Research of the University of Aizu (UoA) and Dr. Siti Rahyla Rahmat, Deputy Director of International Mobility and Collaboration Centre of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the UoA students’ short-term program to be implemented in the future and cooperative relations between the two universities.
