On February 21, participants of Youth International Exchange Program organized by the Children's Division of Tokyo Council of Social Welfare, visited the Consulate-General of Japan in Penang. They received a lecture from Consul-General Machida about the relationship between Japan and Penang and functions of the Consulate.
