On December 6, Consul-General Machida received a courtesy call from the President of Malaysian-Japanese Society (MJS), Mr. Choo Shing Lai, and other MJS members.
For many years, MJS has been promoting friendly relations between Japan and Malaysia through various cultural exchange activities, such as the Penang Bon Odori Festival.
MJS is organizing the Penang Aki Matsuri Festival 2024, which will be held on 8 December at Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang.
