Discussion with YB Lim Siew Khim

On October 18^th, Consul General Kawaguchi met with YB Lim Siew Khim, Penang State Executive Council (EXCO) and discussed on the continuation of the co-operation in various Japan-related events including Yosakoi Parade, which YB has been supporting a lot, among others.
