On September 4, YB Joshua Woo Sze Zeng, Pulau Tikus State Assemblyman paid a courtesy visit to Consul-General Kawaguchi. During the visit, Mr. Kawaguchi offered greetings for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and both sides exchanged views on Penang State, mainly on Pulau Tikus area and other matters.
