On August 7, Consul General Kawaguchi paid a courtesy call on DCP Dato’ Mohd Alwin bin Zainal Abidin, Deputy Chief Police Officer, Penang. In the meeting, they discussed the security of Japanese nationals, emphasising on the development of relations between Japan and Penang State Police, in particular.
