Amazing Japan 2024

On August 3 and 4, Amazing Japan 2024, an event to introduce Japanese culture, was held at the Gurney Plaza, organized by the Pink Hibiscus Club. The lively event drew crowds of people, with preliminary round of Miss Penang Yosakoi 2024, kimono dressing experience, workshops and many more. The Consulate-General of Japan set up a booth to conduct origami and kirigami workshops and display Japanese cultural items.
