Mochi-tsuki Festival in Ipoh

On 26th November 2023, Consul Kobayashi participated in the Ipoh Mochi-tsuki (mochi pounding) Festival held at Shen Jai High School in Perak. This event was co-sponsored by the Japan Club of Ipoh and the Perak Malaysian-Japanese Friendship Society. A large number of participants enjoyed this Japanese traditional event.
