JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers Visit the Consulate

On November 10, Consul General Kawaguchi received a courtesy visit from five members of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, JICA who have been assigned northern Malaysia. The participating members are working in the states of Penang, Perak, and Kedah in the fields of science and mathematics education, welfare and education for persons with disabilities, and telecommunications.
