Foreign Minister’s Commendation Ceremony (Ms. Cheng Ah See)

On November 9^th, a ceremony was held at the official residence of Mr. Kawaguchi, Consul General of Japan to present Foreign Minister’s Commendation for year 2023 to Ms. Cheng Ah See, president of Penang Japanese Language Society, in appreciation of Ms. Cheng’s contribution to the promotion of Japanese language education in Penang and friendship between Japan and Malaysia.
