Visit to Universiti Malaysia Perlis

On 27th June, Mr. Kawaguchi Yoshiyasu, Consul-General of Japan in Penang visited Universiti Malaysia Perlis, and discussed the Japan-Perlis cultural exchanges with Mrs. Mazmin Binti Mat Akhir, Head of Librarian, the representatives of ALEPS (Alumni Look East Policy Society) and UniMAP Kizuna Club (Japanese culture club).
