Japanese Culture Day at SMK Kampong Perak

On 14th June 2023, Consul Kobayashi of Consulate-General of Japan in Penang, participated in the opening ceremony of the Fruit Festival and Japan Culture Day at SMK Kampong Perak.
The event was a great success, which was co-organised by SMK Kampong Perak and Taiping District Education Office in collaboration with ALEPS (Alumni Look East Policy Society) and USM International Mobility and Collaboration Center (IMCC).
A large number of students enjoyed appreciating Japanese cultural activities, such as yukata, happi, origami, kirigami, traditional toys, and many more.
