Foreign Minister’s Commendation Ceremony to Late Dato’ Johnny Khoo

On March 10th,  a ceremony was held at the official residence of Consul-General Kawaguchi to present Foreign Minister's Commendation for fiscal year 2022 to the Late Dato’ Johnny Khoo Kay Chee, Founder of Penang Judo Association, represented by the  Late Dato’ Johnny’s son, Mr. Justin Khoo Boo Gay. Late Dato’ Johnny Khoo has contributed to promote Japanese culture in Malaysia through the activities of Japanese martial arts, specifically Judo, in Penang and other areas. Y. B. Soon Lip Chee, Penang State EXCO of Youth and Sports, was also present during the ceremony.
