Courtesy Visit to Penang State EXCO member

On 22^nd  February, Consul-General of Japan in Penang, Mr. Kawaguchi paid a courtesy visit to Y.B. Chong Eng, Penang State EXCO member. Both sides discussed a wide range of related issues to Japan and Penang and potential collaborations in the future.
