Foreign Minister’s Commendation Ceremony to Mr. So Takayoshi

On December 16th, a ceremony was held at the Consulate-General of Japan in Penang to present this year's Foreign Minister's Commendation to Mr. So Takayoshi, Secretary-General of Penang Japanese Association. This time, Mr. So was awarded for many years of promoting friendship and cooperation among Japanese residents in the area, and contributing to mutual understanding and goodwill between Japan and Malaysia.
