On December 15th, Consul General Kawaguchi paid a courtesy visit to TUAN YANG TERUTAMA TUN DATO’ SERI UTAMA AHMAD FUZI BIN HAJI ABDUL RAZAK, the governor of Penang. The meeting lasted more than an hour, and both sides exchanged views on a wide range of topics, with a focus on the development of relations between Japan and Penang State.
