On December 12, Consul-General Kawaguchi received a briefing from authorities at Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) for the Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS) project, "Sustainable Replantation of Oil Palm by Adding Value to Oil Palm Trunk through Scientific and Technological Innovation" and they discussed potential future collaboration.
