In order to further promote the use of "Fast Track" and "Visit Japan Web ", which are pre-registration online applications to enter Japan, when the person who has already obtained a Certificate of Eligibility as of June 22 2022 apply for a visa at an embassy , a consulate , or a consular office, the applicant and the receiving organization (supervising organization, organization implementing individual-enterprise-type technical intern training or educational institution) are required to submit a "confirmation letter" relevant to the use of "Fast Track" and "Visit Japan Web ".
