Implementation of new restrictions to reduce the spread of COVID-19

In response to the situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, the management of CIMB bank has implemented the following precautionary measure for visitors.
当館が入居しているCIMB Bankでは新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止措置として，当ビル入館者の皆様に対して，以下の対応をさせていただいております。
 

1. Body temperature check prior to entering at the main lobby of Menara BHL

メナラ・ビルディング入館時の検温
 
Visitors with temperatures over 38°C will not be allowed to enter.
38度以上の発熱がある場合は，入館をご遠慮いただきます。
 

2. Travel history check

特定地域への渡航歴の有無の確認
 
You will be required to fill up the “Travel Declaration Form” at the security post.
メナラ・ビルディング1階ロビーにて「渡航歴申告書」へご記入をお願いいたします。
 
If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough or breathing difficulties, please consider enquiring the Consulate either by phone call or E-mail in advance.
感染予防の観点からも，発熱，咳，息苦しいという症状がある場合には，事前に電話もしくはメールにてお問い合わせ頂きますようお願いいたします。
